How Bone Conduction
Technology Works

Sound travels through the cheekbones directly to the cochlea -- bypassing the eardrum entirely. Ears stay open. Awareness stays on.

Open-Ear Awareness

Ears remain completely unobstructed. Ideal for runners, cyclists, outdoor workers, and anyone who needs to stay aware of their surroundings while listening.

Hearing-Friendly Design

No pressure on the ear canal. Reduced risk of hearing fatigue for extended wear. Popular with hearing aid users and professionals on long shifts.

Lightweight & Comfortable

Titanium alloy frame keeps weight under 30g. Flexible wraparound design fits all head sizes. Stays secure during intense activity.

Bluetooth 5.3 + Dual Mic

Stable low-latency wireless connection with dual-microphone noise reduction for clear hands-free calling in outdoor and noisy environments.

Sport & Fitness

Running, cycling, hiking -- stay aware, stay connected.

Workplace & Safety

Warehouses, construction, logistics -- hear colleagues and alerts.

Hearing Impaired

Assistive listening without blocking natural hearing.

Outdoor & Adventure

IP55+ waterproof for swimming, trail running, and more.

Quality Control
Checkpoints

Quality is not inspected at the end -- it is built in at every stage. iSUKERR operates a multi-checkpoint QC system from incoming materials to pre-shipment verification.

IQC -- Incoming Quality Control

All raw materials and components (titanium frames, PCBs, transducers, silicone, packaging) are inspected against approved specifications before entering production.

IPQC -- In-Process Quality Control

Inline inspection at SMT soldering, transducer assembly, frame forming, and functional testing stations. Defects are caught and corrected in real time.

FQC -- Final Quality Control

100% functional test on every finished unit: Bluetooth pairing, audio output, microphone, waterproof seal, battery life, and button response before packaging.

OQC -- Outgoing / Pre-Shipment Inspection

AQL sampling from the finished batch. Full photographic and video documentation of carton count, product appearance, and packaging. Report shared with client before shipment.

Scratches & scuff marks
Sink marks & weld lines
Flash & burrs on edges
Dust particles under coating

Color Consistency Control

Color is matched against the approved Pantone reference and golden sample. Batch-to-batch color deviation is measured with a colorimeter.

Pantone reference comparison
Colorimeter ΔE measurement
Golden sample side-by-side check
Multi-SKU color segregation

Logo & Print Inspection

Printed logos, engraved marks, and pad-print transfers are inspected for position accuracy, ink adhesion, and visual sharpness.

Logo position tolerance ±0.3mm
Ink adhesion cross-cut test
Engraving depth & clarity
UV resistance aging test

Assembly Alignment Check

All assembled parts are checked for alignment gaps, asymmetry, and seam consistency against the golden sample dimensional drawing.

Left-right symmetry verification
Housing gap & flush tolerance
Silicone pad adhesion check
Hinge & band flex uniformity

Coating Durability Test

Surface coatings (matte, gloss, soft-touch) are tested for abrasion resistance, sweat resistance, and adhesion to ensure the finish holds through product lifetime.

RCA abrasion resistance test
Sweat & salt spray test
Hundred-grid adhesion test
UV yellowing resistance

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions from brand owners and wholesalers before starting a project with iSUKERR.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for bone conduction headphones?
MOQ depends on the customization level. For standard OEM (existing platform with logo and color changes), MOQ is typically 500-1,000 units. For full ODM (custom ID design and tooling), MOQ is negotiated based on tooling investment. Contact us with your volume to receive a tailored proposal.
How long does it take from brief to first sample?
For OEM projects using an existing platform, the first functional sample can be ready within 2-3 weeks. For ODM projects requiring new tooling, the timeline is typically 6-10 weeks from ID drawing approval to T1 sample. We will provide a detailed schedule in our proposal.
Can I see a factory inspection report before placing an order?
Yes. We can share a sample inspection report and pre-shipment documentation from a previous production run (with client details redacted) so you can evaluate our QC process before committing. Use the inquiry form to request this.
What certifications are available for export?
Our bone conduction headphones are CE certified for the European market, MSDS compliant for material safety, and Prop 65 compliant for California. Additional certifications (FCC, RoHS, etc.) can be arranged based on your target market requirements.
Can iSUKERR handle packaging design and multilingual manuals?
Yes. Our team can design retail packaging to your brand guidelines, produce multilingual user manuals (English, German, French, Japanese, and more), and ensure packaging meets Amazon and retail compliance requirements for your target markets.
What information should I include in my initial inquiry?
The more detail the better, but at minimum: your target market, estimated annual volume, key product requirements (IP rating, battery life, color), and whether you need OEM or ODM. Attach any reference images, drawings, or spec sheets -- we accept PDF, Word, and image files up to 100MB.
